| Fall Highlights: ABC Unveils 2012-2013 Primetime Schedule |

ABC continues to set the industry standard for creative ingenuity, strong viewer retention and ratings success in primetime, delivering the No. 1 comedy (“Modern Family”), No. 1 drama (“Grey’s Anatomy”) and No. 1 freshman drama (“Once Upon a Time”) this season in the key Adult 18-49 demographic. Building on its momentum from the 2011-2012 season, Paul Lee, president, ABC Entertainment Group, will share ABC’s plans for next season and present the network’s 2012-2013 Fall schedule before the advertising and media communities this afternoon at Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall.

| New Channels: Cartoon Network Launching in Canada on July 4th, preview blocks on Teletoon and Teletoon Retro |

TELETOON Canada Inc. is pleased to announce that the Canadian launch date for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim has been set for July 4, 2012. In advance of the big day – and to whet the appetites of eager Canadian viewers – TELETOON will begin broadcasting a weekly Cartoon Network programming block on the main network as of Saturday, May 5. To further support the launch, on Friday, June 1, a weekly block of fan-favourite Adult Swim shows will premiere on TELETOON at Night. And finally, TELETOON Retro delves deeper into the Cartoon Network programming library to broadcast a block of classic Cartoon Network shows every week beginning on Saturday, June 2.

| General News: Gay Porn accidently aired on CHCH this morning |

CHCH would like to issue the following statement: CHCH would like to apologize to some of our cable viewers for inappropriate content that aired around 9:30 this morning. In our investigation of this incident, we came to understand that it occurred at one of our cable distributors while they were undertaking repairs at their facility, and in that process another channel was erroneously substituted over top of the CHCH signal for a few minutes this morning. We would like to assure all of our viewers that the content did not originate at CHCH and we’ve been assured by the cable distributor that the problem has been remedied at their end. Once again, we apologize to our viewers that were affected by this unfortunate incident. See the program director explain the situation

CTV and The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) announced today the final group of presenters set to make an appearance on the broadcast of THE 2012 JUNO AWARDS. Airing Sunday, April 1 and hosted by legendary Canadian William Shatner, the country’s preeminent awards broadcast airs from Scotiabank Place in Ottawa LIVE in Ontario, Québec and Atlantic Canada at 8 p.m. ET / 9 p.m. AT, as well as 8 p.m. in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and 9 p.m. in Alberta.
