John Wells recovering from surgery

TSN CFL commentator John Wells is resting comfortably in a Montreal hospital after undergoing emergency surgery on Saturday, Aug. 3. Wells, 56, was in Montreal on Friday night for the TSN broadcast of the Alouettes/Eskimos game when he took ill. John's family is with him in Montreal and his spirits are good.
