After a landmark victory at THE PLAYERS Championship last week, Calgary's Stephen Ames is on his way to Augusta National Golf Club to compete in the first major of the season - The Masters. TSN will televise all four rounds of the prestigious tournament from April 6 to 9, featuring live action from the first two rounds, prime time coverage of the third and final rounds, and special hour-long previews of all four rounds.

| Programming Highlights: SportsCentre to be presented in High Definition starting this fall |

Representing its single biggest commitment to High Definition yet, TSN today announced a landmark decision to transition its flagship news and information program, SportsCentre, to High Definition. The switch to HD will happen Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006, beginning with the delivery of its entire studio portion in HD as well as the rollout of select reports and highlights from the field. Over time, the entire SportsCentre production will hit its target of 100 per cent High Definition. The groundbreaking announcement means TSN becomes the first Canadian broadcaster to commit to the delivery of its daily news program - sports or non-sports - in High Definition.

| Sports Programming: Hockey Canada and CTV Specialty Sign Seven-Year Extension Through 2014 |

In the midst of the most successful IIHF World Junior Championship broadcast ever, Hockey Canada and CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc. (CTV Specialty) today announced an extension of its long- standing partnership. Under the new seven-year pact, TSN and RDS retain the exclusive broadcast rights to Hockey Canada events, as well as the addition of multimedia rights, strengthening the networks' position as the home for hockey. The deal begins in 2007 and runs through the 2014 season, representing a 24-year ongoing relationship dating back to 1991.
